Cravin' Catering boasts a fully mobile Kitchen in the form of a food truck called the Cravin’. Chef-Owner Rick Terry, with the support of his wife and co-owner, Kerri, took the step to purchase the food truck with the goal of becoming the “go-to” caterer of choice. Drawing on his experiences throughout his career including graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Corporate Dining, Hotels, Restaurants, Kosher, and especially Catering, Rick decided he wanted to create a catering service like no other.

The vision is quite simple. How many times have you met with a caterer to discuss menu options and you are given package A or package B to decide from? Did you try to change a particular item from one to the other with the answer being “I’m sorry we can not do that”. Cravin’ Catering changes all that.  When you partner with us you have the final say over what “YOU” want to order. You will work with the chef directly to build and customize your own menu the way you want it, not the caterer. Once you choose Cravin’ Catering, you never have to find another caterer again.
